    Carrie Song is a global energy executive and strategic growth expert with a proven track record of scaling multi-billion-dollar businesses across oil & gas, renewables, chemicals, and power. As Global SVP at Neste, she led a $9 billion P&L in renewable fuels and chemicals, driving global market expansion and forging high-impact strategic partnerships. At BP, she delivered sustainable sales growth across lubricants and additives in the Americas, APAC, and the Middle East - contributing hundreds of millions in revenue. Earlier at Cummins, she led commercial strategy and international expansion in power generation solutions across key industrial sectors. Carrie also brings expertise in commodity trading, M&A strategy and value chain optimization. She advises venture capital firms and mentors startups on commercialization and efficient scaling. Carrie holds a Master in Management from London School of Economics and an M.S. Marketing from Texas A&M University.

  • DAN KIM

    Dan leads strategy development and administration for the Company. He also leading multiple collaborations with key stakeholders to drive economical and deliverable decarbonization in transport sectors. Dan was Chief Operating Officer for Crysalis Biosciences (ATJ) and Chief Strategy & Sustainability Officer at NXT Clean Fuels (HEFA, FT), developer of SAF/RD production. Previously, he led the development of sustainable alternative energy platforms for Pilot Flying J, Berkshire Hathaway subsidiary. Dan was also the former CFO of World Energy, one of the first producers of SAF in the world. Dan has been active in the global energy sector for 30+ years in operating companies and financial institutions, which included Exxon, Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank and MUFG.

  • GENE COTTEN

    Gene Cotten brings 35+ years of extensive experience in project design, engineering, and execution across the gas, oil, and renewable energy industries. He has held senior executive roles at major energy companies and served as a senior advisor specializing in energy acquisition and technical due diligence. Over the past decade, Gene has conducted scoping evaluations for more than 20 renewable diesel projects, focusing on technology selection, site evaluation, project scope definition, and cost estimation. Gene also was President at NXTClean, overseeing technical process design and project execution, and Vice President at International Alliance Group. Gene also led the growth of Valero where he led operations of multiple refineries and many multi-billion-dollar capital projects. At Valero, Gene led multiple refinery acquisition and turnarounds, managed most of the plant operations and was also senior plant manager for plant optimization and strategic development.

  • JIM SPAETH

    Jim brings 35+ years of engineering, project management, business development and government affairs experience in the private sector and federal government. Jim served as the U.S. Department of Energy’s Bioenergy Technologies Office - System Development and Integration Program Manager for the last 12 years. In this role, Jim led the Bioenergy Program’s deployment and coalition development strategy for sustainable aviation fuels. His portfolio included the DOE investments in integrated biorefinery projects focused on advanced biofuels and bioproducts including sustainable aviation, marine and other heavy-duty biofuel applications. Jim also led the DOE bioenergy international engagement activities, including serving as the Chair of the Biofuture Clean Energy Ministerial Initiative for the last four years, and also completed a 3-year term as the Chairperson of the IEA Bioenergy Technology Collaboration Program. Jim also served as a Legislative Fellow for U.S. Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid. Prior to joining DOE, Jim worked for over 10 years in the aerospace industry in engineering and business development positions with McDonnell Douglas and Boeing.

    Senior Advisor and Board Director at financial institutions, energy and climate tech companies. He previously architected Airbus' BU Energy, structuring over $1bn of inaugural commitments. Prior to Airbus, Julien assumed executive roles in energy & infrastructure M&A at TotalEnergies and ArcelorMittal Energy in Europe and at sovereign entities in Abu Dhabi after starting his career in investment banking in New York.
